The Staf59 SmartMix is a combined multi-function gelato machine featuring two independent tanks. The upper tank pasteurizes, mixes, and ages the base. The lower horizontal tank acts as a batch freezer with adjustable density control to produce compact and creamy gelato.
Key capabilities of the SmartMix include:
Dual Functionality: Paste heats up to 85° C and rapidly cools to 4° C in the top tank, while the bottom precisely freezes the mix.
